Responsibilities

• Coach and develop employees, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
• Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in both appearance and communication
• Ensure branch security, compliance, and audit readiness
• Make decisions on policy exceptions while managing risk for the bank
