Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is recruiting a Business Banker 3 in Raleigh, NC to grow commercial relationships and service existing clients. You will prospect, call on potential borrowers and depository customers while aligning with pricing and regulatory requirements.

This role reports to the Commercial Banking Team Leader and supports the Bank's profitability goals. Ideal candidates bring BA/BS and at least 7 years in commercial banking, with strong communication, client service, and networking skills.

Qualifications

BA or BS required.
7 years of experience in commercial or business banking preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Develops new business relationships and services current ones, identifying banking needs.
Uses referrals and cold calls to grow customer base and promote bank products.
Networks CPAs and Attorneys to obtain referrals and new business.
Collaborates with Commercial, Retail and Trust teams to promote the bank.
Represents the bank in community events to enhance visibility.
Submits timely reports on business development activities.
Ensures risk management in daily activities per policy.
