Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of experience in Commercial/Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Specialized Banking, or Credit Approval.
• CFA certification preferred by start date.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information and loan requests to assess credit quality and recommend structures.
• Manage portfolio risk and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor borrower financial performance, loan repayments, renewals and credit quality.
• Coordinate due diligence and credit analysis for new relationships and prepare materials for loan approval.
• Support opportunities in Treasury Management, Private Banking, Capital Markets and other bank solutions.
• Assist collection efforts on past due accounts and communicate with clients accordingly.
