You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal partners to deliver strategic banking solutions while strengthening client ties.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or accounting and less than 2 years in related banking areas, with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or accounting.
• <2 years in Commercial/Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, or Credit Approval.
• Reliable transportation and lawful driving ability by start date.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information and loan requests to assess credit quality and recommend structures.
• Manage portfolio risk and ensure relationships align with policies and strategies.
• Monitor borrower financial performance, loan repayments, renewals, and overall credit quality.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to serve clients and grow opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence and credit analysis for new relationships and prepare loan approval materials.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients with Treasury Management, Private Banking, Capital Markets, and other bank solutions.
• Support collections and take action on past-due accounts as needed.
• Represent Associated Bank in community and business activities to strengthen local presence.
