Busey Bank seeks a Managing Director, Commercial CRE to lead a market team and expand the loan portfolio through proactive business development. You will present loans for approval, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure credit quality while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of commercial banking products and services including credit analysis, underwriting and treasury management
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data
• Make independent and difficult decisions within Bank policies

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a goal oriented team; provide strategic guidance and accountability
• Develop internal and external relationships with clients and other teams
• Analyze client needs and deliver client-based solutions for profitable lending
• Ensure all loans meet credit/financial requirements and comply with policies
• Travel locally and occasionally out of state as required
• Meet or exceed targets for client acquisition and retention
