Job summary

PointBank is seeking an experienced Commercial Banking professional to develop new business, manage complex commercial lending relationships, and strengthen our presence in the community. This opportunity is ideal for a results-driven lender with strong credit expertise, a passion for relationship building, and a proven ability to turn business connections into long-term customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eight or more years of commercial lending, banking, or related experience required.
• Proven success in business development and relationship management.
• Strong credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management skills.
• Excellent communication, sound judgment, and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Grow commercial lending relationships through networking, referrals, and business development.
• Structure and manage commercial real estate, construction, and development loans.
• Analyze credit, prepare loan packages, and approve or present requests within lending guidelines.
• Oversee loan closings and manage portfolio performance, renewals, and credit risk.
• Strengthen profitability by connecting customers with appropriate banking solutions.
• Represent PointBank in the community while supporting branch operations and regulatory compliance.
