Job summary

BOK Financial seeks a Director of Commercial Banking to lead sales, service, and business development in a defined region. You will manage a diverse loan portfolio, mentor Market Managers and Relationship Managers, and serve as a financial advisor across commercial and wealth offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 9–10 years in a sales management role within a financial institution, or 15–16 years of equivalent experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Sales aptitude, self-motivation and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial lending, sales and service activities across the market.
Drive loan and deposit growth through business development.
Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coach and develop team members in sales and leadership.
Provide training and guidance to commercial banking officers.
Establish department goals, budgets and sales strategies.
Oversee client retention and growth and represent the bank in process improvements.
