Civista Bank is seeking a Commercial Lender to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial loans including C&I, CRE, construction, lines of credit, and letters of credit. You will develop client relationships, analyze financial data, and present tailored lending solutions to meet business objectives.

You will evaluate creditworthiness, negotiate proposals, and support senior leadership with portfolio performance updates while driving loan growth and revenue across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Commercial Business Lending & Business Development or Credit Analyst role.
• A college degree in Finance, Management or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a commercial loan portfolio.
• Interview customers to determine loan requirements and gather information for loan applications.
• Analyze financial statements to recommend lending solutions based on customer needs.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and present well-structured lending proposals.
• Offer tailored financial solutions to meet customer objectives and enhance satisfaction.
• Develop customized loan proposals and present them to customers to secure new business.
• Follow up on pending loan deals and renewals.
• Provide portfolio performance updates to senior leadership.
