Responsibilities include full credit analysis, underwriting, loan packaging, and approvals. You will monitor your portfolio, conduct site visits for construction draws, and ensure timely funding and profitability.

Qualifications

• Seasoned commercial lending experience, including CRE deals.
• Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills.
• Excellent networking and community engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial loan opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Structure and manage complex commercial real estate loans, including investment, development, and construction deals.
• Conduct full credit and underwriting analysis and prepare complete loan packages.
• Approve loans within your authority and present larger requests to loan committees.
• Ensure loans are processed, closed, and funded efficiently.
• Manage and monitor your loan portfolio, including renewals, risk ratings, covenants, and past dues.
• Perform site visits, construction monitoring, and draw requests.
• Maximize profitability through appropriate pricing and cross-selling of bank products.
• Represent PointBank at community events, chamber functions, mixers, and business gatherings.
