Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Service Representative (CBSR) in Guam. This client-facing role supports commercial banking clients with a range of transactions and ensures exceptional service.

The successful candidate will join a comprehensive training program and work Monday–Friday with on-site hours. The CBSR collaborates with Commercial Banking Officers to manage portfolios and process deposits, loans, and related services.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent banking experience.

Responsibilities

• The CBSR acts as the primary liaison for commercial banking transactions.
• Coordinate end-to-end processing of transactions from documentation to disbursements.
• Support Commercial Banking Officers with portfolio management and compliance.
• Provide deposit account servicing including openings and maintenance.
• Manage bank card services and resolve transaction disputes.
• Assist with digital banking platforms and user access.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve operational issues.
• Foster relationships and promote bank products and services.
• Stay updated on bank offerings to tailor client solutions.
