Job summary

You will work closely with Relationship Officers to identify client needs and deliver tailored financial solutions. Candidate should have a business-focused degree and strong English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage loan lifecycle and banking operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate loan relationships and deposits servicing.
• Open, maintain and close deposit accounts and related services.
• Process loan advances, payments and billing; provide balance and due date information.
• Monitor loan portfolio, apply payments and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with Relationship Officers and other departments on loans and service requests.
