Job summary

As a CBSR, you will act as a client-facing liaison, coordinate end-to-end processing, handle deposit accounts and card services, and collaborate with Commercial Banking Officers to ensure accurate closings and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent banking operations experience.
• Basic understanding of financial products and accounting concepts.
• MS Office proficiency and data system literacy.
• Notary Public certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for commercial banking transactions and services.
• Coordinate end-to-end processing of transactions and disclosures.
• Support deposits, accounts openings, maintenance, and processing.
• Assist with portfolio management and compliance tasks.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues and complaints.
• Foster relationships and promote bank products.
