Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking CCS role to serve as the primary client contact for servicing corporate and commercial deposit clients. You will provide expert guidance on Treasury Management products and coordinate with relationship managers, handling inquiries via phone and email with a focus on first-call resolution.

The role requires 2-4 years of banking experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and on-site work at the posted location in Eugene, OR.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years banking experience, treasury management product experience, new accounts, lending processing or customer service.
• Knowledge of bank payment systems and account operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professionals at all levels.
• Ability to analyze, use good judgement, and multi-task in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Commercial Banking’s primary contact for servicing clients and provide relationship support.
• Respond to banking questions, assist with account implementation and transaction issues.
• Communicate with Relationship Managers and keep updates on client matters.
• Handle Treasury Management calls with professionalism and aim for first-call resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Sr. CCS Representative when needed and ensure compliance with regulations.
