Job summary

Valley Bank is seeking a Client Experience Specialist in New Jersey to deliver exceptional service for internal and external clients. You will be the lead contact for the client and relationship manager, guiding the journey from onboarding through service and expansion with the assigned commercial servicing team.

You will identify client needs, coordinate with internal partners, and advocate for the client to ensure timely, accurate responses and ongoing care, while spotting cross-sell

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with banking/customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree with experience in commercial/corporate clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client journey from onboarding to service and expansion with the assigned commercial servicing team.
• Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experience.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients within the assigned market vertical and own completion of requests.
• Foster partnership with internal business partners to drive consistent communication and alignment.
• Liaise and advocate on behalf of the client to ensure continuity of care and involve internal experts as needed.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to the appropriate line of business partners.
