As a Client Service Specialist you will manage the client journey, identify needs, and act as the primary contact for clients in your market. Strong knowledge of banking products and excellent communication are essential to deliver outstanding service and support cross‑sales efforts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3+ years banking experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of bank products, services, policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
• Proficient in MS Office and bank core systems; knowledge of Treasury mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client journey with fast, accurate onboarding and service.
• Identify customer needs and maintain a positive experience.
• Be main contact for clients within assigned market verticals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive communication and alignment.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate with internal experts.
• Identify cross-sale opportunities to appropriate line of business partners.
