The Client Experience Specialist will serve as the lead point of contact for internal and external clients, coordinating with the commercial servicing team to ensure a successful journey from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing service and expansion of the relationship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of banking experience in customer service or treasury management.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree plus experience in Commercial/Corporate sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client journey to provide exceptional service with fast, accurate turnarounds.
• Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain a positive experience.
• Be the main point of contact for clients in the assigned market vertical.
• Foster partnership with internal partners to ensure consistent communication.
• Advocate for the client and coordinate specialist involvement as needed.
• Identify cross-sale opportunities with appropriate line of business partners.
