Job summary

Valley Bank seeks a client-focused professional to manage the client journey from onboarding to ongoing service and expansion of relationships. You will act as the primary contact for assigned market clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and timely responses.

Required is a minimum of 3 years in banking customer service or treasury management, with strong knowledge of treasury products, deposit accounts, and corporate banking services.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of bank products, services, policies and procedures.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, e-mail, and bank core systems (Salesforce).
• High degree of detail orientation and strong analytical ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to clients and internal teams.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client journey to ensure exceptional services with quick, accurate turnaround times from onboarding to service expansion.
• Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain a positive experience.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients within assigned market verticals.
• Foster partnership and collaboration with internal partners to ensure consistent communication.
• Liaise on behalf of the client and coordinate with internal experts as needed.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to appropriate business partners.
