Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field is required.
• Formal training in Commercial Lending Program.
• Solid understanding of loans, credit lines, treasury and payment solutions.
• Knowledge of current lending laws.
• Strong analytical and problem solving and financial assessment skills.
• Knowledge of local market and business environment.
• Meeting with clients at various destinations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for the bank's business customers.
• Use personal communication and sales skills in meetings with prospective clients.
• Meet with corporate clients to assess needs and propose recommendations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via outbound calls and onsite visits.
• Help clients determine financial needs and goals.
• Assist clients with loans, cash management, accounts, letters of credit, foreign exchange, insurance.
• Monitor clients’ finances and maintain updated paperwork.
• Develop relationships with other bank departments and external representatives.
• Assist with duties of senior bankers or other customer service roles.
• Comply with state and national regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
