Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; prior bank/financial services experience is a plus.
• Excellent negotiator with strong closing skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to relate to people at all levels and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with Realtors, Builders and Affinity partners to obtain referrals.
• Originate loans in CFPB-guided; follow all applicable state and federal rules.
• Close an average of 3 loans per month and at least $1,000,000 in loan volume monthly.
• Ensure customer privacy with the highest level of diligence.
• Follow directions from Loan Manager and support branch objectives.
• Perform other duties as needed by the business.
