Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
• Experience with commercial or fleet clients strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, warranty, and repair processes.
• Professional appearance and attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong computer and DMS proficiency (Dealertrack).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial and fleet service customers.
• Write accurate repair orders and maintain detailed service documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
• Build long-term relationships with local business and fleet clients.
• Communicate service updates, cost estimates, and repair timelines clearly and professionally.
• Manage multiple accounts while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy.
• Build long‑term relationships with local business and fleet clients to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Work closely with the parts department and service manager to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of Ford service programs, recalls, and warranty policies.

Role Summary
