Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Professional level sales pro to support advanced commercial functions. The role targets profitable growth through customer retention and growth, partnering with the GM to coach Team Members.

The position requires knowledge of automotive systems, parts sourcing from multiple channels, and directing drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Requires a minimum of 3 years in automotive parts and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years automotive parts experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
