Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Professional level sales pro to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. This full-time role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and ensure timely, accurate deliveries while applying strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

The candidate will source from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source) and leverage advanced selling skills to meet store and customer objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety/maintenance documents.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
