Job summary

Ascend Talent Solutions seeks a Commercial Assistant Property Manager for a multi-tenant property in Northern California. The role works with Property Manager, Asset Manager, and Engineering teams to ensure fiscal and real property management excellence.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, project managing tenant improvements, maintaining vendor relationships, and overseeing CAM charges, insurance certificates, and capital projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Strong finance and building operations knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to develop long-term tenant relationships.
• Proficient with CRE software for property management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs and prepare related documents.
• Assist with aging reports and delinquency follow-ups.
• Interface with tenants and vendors on work orders, maintenance, and events.
• Assist with CAM charges, tax assessments, and billing adjustments.
• Ensure timely processing of standard tenant charges including after-hours HVAC.
• Oversee vendor insurance certificates and contract services.
• Prepare tenant lease abstracts and maintain tenant files.
• Support oversight of capital and TI projects.
• Lead regular property inspections with janitorial and service providers.
• Develop strong relationships with tenants and vendors.
