Role Summary:
The Commercial and Wholesale Sales Specialist will drive organic growth and manage key accounts for our manufactured and imported product lines. This role focuses on executing sales strategies, building relationships with top contractors, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned territories. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at market analysis, and excels in collaborative leadership.

Georgia, Alabama, Chattanooga, Tenn.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to position products effectively in the commercial and wholesale sectors.
- Create and execute annual sales plans, including revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to meet both customer and company objectives.
- Expand the customer base by onboarding new commercial and wholesale clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio to educate clients and address their needs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to adapt strategies.
- Provide insights to product development to align offerings with market demands.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and track KPIs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with policies, pricing, and legal regulations.
- Support leadership with integration of acquired companies and customers as needed.
The TSM role requires travel up to 75% of the time to support marketplace activity and achieve sales budgets, varying by territory.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 8+ years of sales experience in Hardscapes or related segment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starter with effectiveness both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Established contacts within the territory.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales budgets.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
