Role Summary: The Commercial and Wholesale Sales Specialist will drive organic growth and manage key accounts for our manufactured and imported product lines. This role will focus on executing sales strategies, building relationships with top contractors, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned territories. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at market analysis, and excels in collaborative leadership.
Territory: Georgia, Alabama, Chattanooga, Tenn.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company goals and market expansion.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to position products effectively in the commercial and wholesale sectors.
- Create and execute annual sales plans, including revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and wholesale clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to meet both customer and company objectives.
- Expand the customer base by identifying and onboarding new commercial and wholesale clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the manufacturing and import product portfolio to educate clients and address their needs effectively.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights to product development teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and legal regulations.
- Assist leadership with integration of acquired companies and customers as necessary
- The TSM role travels up to 75% of their time to support marketplace activity and achieve sales budgets. Will vary by territory
- Conduct self within company policy and submit reports as requested
- Perform other duties as requested by your supervisor

Minimum Job Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales experience within Hardscapes or related segment.
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with a history of being effective both independently and in collaboration.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Established contacts and relationships throughout assigned territory.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed annual sales budget.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
