Role Summary:
The Commercial and Wholesale Sales Specialist will drive organic growth and manage key accounts for our manufactured and imported product lines. This role focuses on executing sales strategies, building relationships with top contractors, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned territories. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at market analysis, and excels in collaborative leadership.

Georgia, Alabama, Chattanooga, Tenn.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company goals and market expansion.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to position products effectively in the commercial and wholesale sectors.
- Create and execute annual sales plans, including revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and wholesale clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to meet both customer and company objectives.
- Expand the customer base by onboarding new commercial and wholesale clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio to educate clients and address their needs effectively.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to adapt strategies.
- Provide insights to product development to align offerings with market demands.
- Oversee sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and track KPIs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with policies, pricing, and legal regulations.
- Assist leadership with integration of acquired companies and customers.
- The TSM role travels up to 75% to support marketplace activity and sales budgets.
- Operate within company policy and submit reports as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 8+ years of sales experience in Hardscapes or related segments.
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starter, effective independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Established contacts within the territory.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales budgets.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant experience.
