Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking an analytics-focused professional to partner with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and IT. You will develop and maintain standard reporting, predictive models, and dashboards that translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

You will define data requirements, improve data integrity, and support cross-functional decision-making across markets, product lines, and regions with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled automation and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, commercial analysis, finance analysis, operations analysis, or related role in a technical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard reporting, business models, forecasts, market analysis, product line analytics, and dashboards.
• Analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends and opportunities impacting growth, profitability, and customer behavior.
• Prepare analyses to support product strategy, planning, pricing, market share review, and capacity planning.
