BD is seeking a Senior Analyst for Commercial Operations & Analytics to deliver insights that empower the US commercial organization. You will forecast demand, support budgeting, and build dashboards to track strategic goals for the ADX North America region.

The role requires a strong background in analytics, experience with SAP, Salesforce, and PowerBI, and up to 10% travel. Collaboration across marketing and sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of analytical experience supporting commercial operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with Excel/Access/SAS and solid business acumen.
• 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Support demand forecasting and revenue projections – AOP, budgeting, and quarterly projections.
• Develop annual market models and update them for multiple processes.
• Produce dashboards tracking leading/lagging indicators for regional/global management.
• Provide SKU level master data for distributor and sales requests.
• Ensure data quality and implement proactive data cleansing.
• Automate tools to visualize trends and analytics.
