Job summary
SCIS is seeking a technically skilled individual to provide centrally managed support for alarm systems, access control and IP video equipment installation and programming. You will diagnose issues, prepare service orders, and coordinate with field technicians while maintaining professional communication with clients.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED; willing to complete GED if needed.
- Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.
- Minimum 2 years of alarm monitoring, installation or service experience.
Responsibilities
- Remotely inspects, tests and services alarms and related devices per knowledge base and safety guidelines.
- Keeps client and supervisor informed of faulty equipment or delays in restoration.
- Prepares logs, reports or service orders; uses computer for data entry and reporting.
- Works with contract field technicians to support repair, replacement and installation of alarm systems.
- Communicates with technical staff, management, customers and end-users regarding alarm testing and procedures.
- Interprets data to diagnose issues and arrange on-site service as needed.
- Performs similar duties as required for the position.
