Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Experience with alarm programming tools or remote management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide system programming, technical support, and troubleshooting to technicians and internal staff.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues with field technicians through structured troubleshooting.
