Kaeser Compressors, Inc. in the Memphis area seeks a Commercial Sales Representative to drive air systems sales using the 360 Selling model. You will call on end-customers in the territory to promote and sell air compressors up to 40 horsepower, and represent Kaeser with professional sales tools.

The role offers salary plus commission with an annual range of 80,000–95,000 USD, plus a comprehensive benefits package, a company vehicle, cell phone and laptop, and training.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A mechanical aptitude.
• Proven time/territorial management skills.
• Clean driving record (Required).
• PC literacy, including Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Be trained to use our proven 360 Selling model to design and sell our quality air systems.
• Call on end-customers in the territory to promote and sell air compressors up to 40 horsepower.
• Use a variety of Kaeser-provided sales tools to professionally represent Kaeser.
• Reach and maintain sales goals.
