Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking a Branch Territory Manager to cover Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas. You will call on end-customers, promote our energy-saving air compressors, and design solutions tailored to each application.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a mechanical mindset, and proven territory management. The role includes travel for training, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package; performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Call on end-customers in their territory to promote and sell our energy saving air compressors and related equipment which significantly impact our customers cost and electrical consumption.
• Acquire the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell our quality air systems.
• Be responsible for professionally representing Kaeser at all times.
• Use a variety of Kaeser-provided sales tools.
• Reach and maintain sales goals.

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking an energetic, self-driven person who has a desire to impact the world through lowering energy costs and providing technical solutions to our customers. As a Territory Manager you will have a geographic territory covering Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas. We supply internet generated leads, a large technical staff for support, as well as online and in-class technical training / certifications. Air travel for training only.

Primary Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will:

This is a salary plus commission position, with an annual range of $90,000-$250,000 (with uncapped earning potential), to commensurate with experience and performance. We offer an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as a company provided vehicle, cell phone and laptop.
