Job summary

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to call on end-customers in the territory, promote and sell air compressors up to 40 horsepower, and use Kaeser-provided sales tools to professionally represent the brand.

You will be trained in our 360 Selling model and tasked with reaching sales goals while enjoying medical, dental, vision, profit sharing, and a 401(k) plan as part of a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A mechanical aptitude.
• Proven time/territorial management skills.
• Clean driving record (Required).
• PC literacy, including Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Be trained to use our proven 360 Selling model to design and sell our quality air systems.
• Call on end-customers in the territory to promote and sell air compressors up to 40 horsepower.
• Use a variety of Kaeser-provided sales tools to professionally represent Kaeser.
• Reach and maintain sales goals.
