Job description

Our team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced, licensed commercial real estate agent to assist property owners in selling and leasing their retail, industrial, and multifamily properties. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in developing business relationships, generating leads that turn into sales, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations. Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and review lead and property acquisition strategies.
  2. Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them and the company.
  3. Record all communications in the Client’s CRM system.
  4. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
  5. Mediating the negotiation processes, and consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
  6. Propose deals between sellers and the client for review by management.
  7. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  8. Perform additional duties as directed by the VP or CEO.
  9. Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth.
  10. Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data.
  11. Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients.
  12. Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements.
Qualifications:
  1. Commercial real estate experience is highly preferred.
  2. Proficiency with Google Suite and working across multiple devices.
  3. Attention to detail.
  4. Organization.
  5. Communication skills via text, email, and voice.
  6. Driven to grow.
  7. Experience in sales.
  8. Experience with customer service.
  9. Personable and skilled in negotiation.
  10. Self-directed and motivated.
  11. Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
  12. Some sense of marketing and advertising practices.
  13. Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000 commission only
