Job summary

Acrisure in Glendale, CA is seeking an Account Executive to support a growing commercial insurance book. This role acts as the primary client contact, handling account servicing, renewals, and carrier relations while focusing on retention. Not a sales position, but a trusted advisor across the insurance lifecycle.

Work is hybrid with 3 days in the Glendale office; requires 5+ years in commercial insurance and strong client service, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience supplied.
• Experience managing commercial insurance accounts is advantageous.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service.
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates, audits, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Producer to support retention and growth.
• Coordinate renewals with underwriting data and documentation.
• Work with carriers and internal teams to secure coverage.
• Review policies for accuracy and completeness.
• Explain coverage changes and renewal recommendations.
• Maintain documentation in agency systems.
• Support with billing inquiries and other client needs.
