Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking an Account Manager in Schaumburg to serve as a primary client contact, manage policy transactions, and support sales and renewal processes. This on-site role requires a Property & Casualty license, strong communication, and solid knowledge of Applied Systems / EPIC.

The position emphasizes collaboration with producers, data accuracy, and staying current with underwriting guidelines while contributing to team goals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills.
• Mathematical skills: calculate discounts, premiums, commissions.
• Reasoning skills: solve practical problems from varied instructions.
• Applied Systems / EPIC experience is a plus.
• Know and apply insurance principles to everyday situations.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including transactions such as quotes, policies, ID cards, endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals, follow-up, and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests on a timely basis.
• Insurance marketing and sales.
• Collect renewal data on assigned accounts.
• Provide claims support.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as necessary.
• Review new/renewal policies and endorsements for accuracy.
• Maintain client data in Applied Systems / EPIC.
• Document all activities in Applied Systems / EPIC.
• Understand and utilize upload/download interfaces.
• Assist other departments in securing information to issue policies.
• Keep Producers informed of important activities on accounts.
• Stay current with industry trends and license compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of policy provisions and changes.
• Complete other duties and backup responsibilities.
