Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Account Manager (Project Management) to join our Commercial sales team in Wichita. You will leverage a proven sales platform, industry-leading training, and an iconic brand to grow accounts and close opportunities.

You will build relationships with diverse clients, present tailored pest management solutions, and drive revenue through strategic prospecting, effective communication, and professional integrity. No industry experience required upfront, training is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services and sell to diverse industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships to protect their business.
• Win over customers with confident, caring explanations of solutions.
• Use provided tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
