Job summary

Zenith, a leading Publicis Groupe media agency in New York, seeks a Director of Commerce to lead Amazon and retail media strategy for a Lawn & Garden portfolio. You will act as the SME for Amazon ads, measurements, and clean room analytics, guiding cross-functional teams to drive growth across retailers.

You will develop portfolio-wide commerce strategies, supervise Sponsored Products/Brands/Display and partner with analytics, ecommerce, and sales to connect media investment with product

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commerce media, retail media, performance marketing, ecommerce, or digital media.
• Strong expertise in Amazon Ads including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, and AMC.
• Experience building audience strategies and measurement frameworks using retailer first-party data and clean room environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company’s primary expert for Amazon Search, Amazon DSP, AMC, audience strategy, and retail analytics.
• Develop portfolio-level commerce media strategies aligned with business objectives and retailer growth goals.
• Lead planning across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, and emerging Amazon solutions.
• Partner with ecommerce and sales to align media investment with assortment, content, inventory, and retail readiness.
• Identify opportunities to drive household penetration, new-to-brand acquisition, and category growth.
• Lead retailer-wide media frameworks, measurement standards, and activation best practices across Walmart Connect, Roundel, Kroger, Instacart, and others.
• Ensure consistent audience strategy, reporting, testing methodologies, and optimization across retail media investments.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail Sales, and Analytics to align media with business objectives.
