Job summary

Zenith, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Planner, Commerce Media to drive ecommerce growth strategies for retail and omnichannel clients. You will work within a cross-functional team, applying retail media knowledge to actionable insights and tactical planning.

This role blends strategic guidance with hands-on activation, requiring collaboration across retailer networks and brand media to deliver end-to-end commerce solutions and measurable ROAS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in planning and strategy of retail media.
• Experience with trafficking, campaign setup, billing and reporting.
• Understanding of traditional and digital media planning elements.
• Experience with shopper marketing/e-commerce media and digital investment.
• Knowledge of ROAS and commerce KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops tactical commerce media plans across retailer networks and 3rd party partners.
• Leads commerce media activation aligning plans to strategies.
• Integrates commerce and brand media to create end-to-end plans.
• Identifies innovative opportunities and test-and-learn programs.
• Communicates progress and risks to clients and team.
• Collaborates to foster teamwork and curiosity.
