Job summary

Zenith, a leading Publicis Groupe media agency in New York, seeks a Senior Planner, Commerce Media to drive ecommerce growth strategies for retail and omnichannel clients. You will apply retail media knowledge to translate insights into actionable plans.

You will collaborate across disciplines to integrate commerce and brand media, identify new partners, set up test-and-learn initiatives, and communicate progress to clients while maintaining a culture of teamwork and curiosity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in planning and strategy of retail media
• Experience with trafficking, hands-on-keyboard campaign setup, billing, reporting and analytics
• Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
• Experience with shopper marketing/e-commerce marketing, media planning, and digital investment across programmatic, performance marketing, retailer media or paid search is highly preferred
• Understanding of commerce-focused KPIs, such as ROAS
• Ability to build relationships with sales reps to analyze value of media vehicles
• Strong knowledge of the commerce media landscape and retailer ecosystems
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develops tactical commerce media plans across retailer networks (e.g. Walmart, Amazon, Bestbuy) and 3rd party media partners including sponsored search, programmatic, retailer display, and social commerce
• Leads commerce media activation and ensures plans align with strategies and meet goals
• Drives integration between commerce retailer media and brand media/upper funnel tactics to create end-to-end plans
• Identifies innovation opportunities and sets up test-and-learn programs for success
• Proactively identifies process improvements to help the team and clients work better together
• Communicates program status and progress to clients and internal teams, escalating issues as needed
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity within the team
