Job summary

Darkroom NYC is seeking an Account Executive, Commerce Growth to lead new business across Amazon, TikTok Shop, retention marketing and digital products. You’ll own the full commercial process from scoping to close, build a durable pipeline, and elevate our commerce practice through partnerships, events, and inbound deals.

You must have a proven closing track record, 5+ years in full-cycle sales, and comfort selling multi-service solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales with a proven closing track record.
• Ability to build and manage a durable pipeline through partnerships, events, and outbound outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of multi-service selling.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new business with a marketplace-first mindset (Amazon, TikTok Shop).
• Develop and manage a named target list of brands and expand into retention and digital products.
• Lead scoping, pricing, proposal creation, and closing for complex commerce deals.
• Maintain HubSpot/Notion pipeline hygiene and coordinate with MDs for expansion opportunities.
