GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Command Center Specialist to monitor access control, CCTV, alarms and coordinate incident responses in real time. The site is in Alpharetta, GA, with full-time night shift 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM and a part-time weekend option, offering a competitive hourly wage.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a SOC/command center or similar, proficiency with security tech, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar environment.
• Proficiency operating CCTV, access control systems, alarm monitoring, and surveillance technologies.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience responding to security incidents and coordinating resources.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate access control, CCTV, alarm, and security systems to identify and respond to incidents in real time.
• Receive, assess, and coordinate responses to security incidents, medical events, safety concerns, and emergencies, dispatching resources as needed.
• Investigate incidents and complete accurate reports, logs, and documentation.
• Communicate incident information to leadership following procedures.
• Conduct routine system checks and report issues.
• Maintain incident records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support emergency response and crisis management through coordination.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

Schedule

• Full-Time 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Saturday - Wednesday (40 HRS)
• Part-Time 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Saturday - Sunday (24 HRS)

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 / HR (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate access control, CCTV, alarm, and security systems to identify and respond to incidents in real time.
• Receive, assess, and coordinate responses to security incidents, medical events, safety concerns, and emergencies, dispatching appropriate resources as needed.
• Investigate incidents and complete accurate, detailed reports, logs, and documentation.
• Communicate and escalate incident information to leadership and other stakeholders following established procedures.
• Conduct routine system checks to ensure proper functionality of security technology and report any issues.
• Maintain incident records, reports, and other administrative documentation while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support emergency response and crisis management efforts through effective communication and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and operational standards while maintaining a professional and detail-oriented work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), Command Center, Security Control Center, Dispatch Center, Triage Center, or similar environment. (Preferred)
• Proficiency operating CCTV, access control systems, alarm monitoring, and surveillance technologies required
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Experience responding to security incidents, medical emergencies, safety events, and coordinating appropriate resources.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Experience Conducting Investigations And Preparing Detailed Incident Reports Required.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required.
