Position Overview

We seek a motivated Outside Sales Representative with excellent communication skills to join our sales team. This role will provide direct support to the Sales Departments to ensure that the department can meet its defined monthly goals and growth targets. Knowledge of HVAC is not mandatory; we will train you. Prior sales experience is a must. To be successful, you should be competitive, a great listener, and able to instantly connect with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned leads and convert them into sales for installation.
• Educate potential and existing customers on our services for installation.
• Negotiate sales contracts by following a sales process.
• Prospect for new opportunities within the territory to increase revenue.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong in‑person and phone presence.
• Ability to prospect and cultivate new accounts.
• Strong self‑starter.
• Time‑management skills and proactive problem‑solving using established policies and procedures.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is required.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Clean and valid driver’s license (outside sales role).

Commission dependent on performance.
