Qualifications

Position Overview

We offer the right candidate an opportunity to establish a successful sales career. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with excellent communication skills to join our Sales team; this position will provide direct support to the Sales Departments to ensure that the department can meet its defined monthly goals and growth targets. We will enhance your knowledge with sales and product-related training, giving you all the tools necessary to assist clients in making informed buying decisions. Knowledge of HVAC is not mandatory - we will train you. Prior Sales experience is a must! To be successful in this position, you should be competitive, a great listener, and able to instantly connect with customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
