What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess heating, cooling, and plumbing needs

• Work flexible hours — evenings and occasional weekends — to meet customer demand

What You Bring

• 4+ years of HVAC or plumbing system sales experience with a proven track record
• Experience in related in‑home sales industries (windows, roofing, bath/kitchen, insulation, home performance) is a major plus
• BPI, NCI, or similar certifications preferred
• Strong understanding of sales psychology and value‑based selling
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills
• Strong organizational and pipeline management abilitiesTech‑savvy and comfortable using digital tools
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• A goal‑oriented mindset and hunger to win
