Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC technician with sales skills to join our team. The role focuses on service, repair, and installation of residential and light commercial systems, with emphasis on converting estimates into sales in the Service Titan app.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HVAC experience with sales, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. NATE certification is preferred; a flexible schedule may be required including some evenings and

• Practice safety-conscious conduct on job sites and while driving.

Job Summary

This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Must be able to Sell.

Job Duties

• Services, maintains, repairs and Installs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Creating estimates and converting to SALES in Service Titan mobile app.
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have 3 to 5 years prior background as a Technician in the HVAC industry with Sales experience
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Availability nights and weekends is a plus.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
