Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Tucson, AZ is seeking an HVAC service professional to perform service, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial systems. You will diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot HVAC issues, maintain a neat, safe work area, and communicate clearly with customers.

Commission-based pay is negotiable. Requirements include 3+ years of successful field experience, excellent customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, & selling parts.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competency.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and occasional commercial HVAC systems.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
