Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Phoenix is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will follow safety procedures, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior successful experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• NATE certification preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections.
• Follow company standards, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
• Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Respond to service calls in a timely, reliable manner.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Service, maintain, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and clearly explain repair options to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; leave job sites clean after completion.
• Demonstrate a strong safety mindset on the job and while driving.
• Use floor savers and protect customer property at all times.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness (inside and out).
• Represent the company professionally with customers and teammates.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a drug/background check
