Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of advanced administrative support or related experience.
• Experience coordinating license applications to ensure compliance with statutes and rules.
• Ability to apply program regulations and requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office to develop manuals, reports, and calendars.
• Strong communication with diverse groups and public stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Financial coordination to handle revenues and paperwork.
• Ability to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
