Qualifications

  • Three years of professional training and development experience with logistics or emergency services.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of budget processes and document handling for large training programs.
  • Ability to implement policies and explain program regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver statewide training frameworks for Parks and Trails.
  • Coordinate, track, and record training programs and requirements.
  • Lead cross‑division collaboration to ensure consistent staff development.
  • Support the Enforcement and Emergency Services Team with training initiatives.
  • Maintain records, reports, and communications for division trainings.
